Angel Breathing

  • Place Your hands on the back of your head or neck.
  • As you exhale, bring your elbows forward as far as you can.
  • As you INHALE, bring your elbows back behind your head as far as you can ( Like an Angel flapping her wings)
  • Feel the deep breathe you take.. when you do this you will be breathing correctly.
