A Little About Our Groups And How They Work

PAC has three active groups at this time. For a long time we simply went by Group 1, 2, 3, etc.

Last year we decided it was a good idea to allow each sub-group to have its own separate identity and the groups chose a name for themselves.

At this time our groups are Rainbow of Hope, New Beginnings, and No Fear.

PAC attempts to limit each of the groups to 45 members including staff. This allows us to retain a closeness with members and staff within each group. It also allows those who use internet email to stay below their limits for mailing lists.

Each sub-group has a staff team assigned to care for their group.

Network Coordinators and some staff remain in all groups which provides for a continuity of support in all groups as well.
All groups are identical in regard to support, receive the same information and do the same activities. Our group meetings (chats) are membership wide.

There is room for growth at PAC. As new members are added, new sub-groups will be established. We continually change and grow as a group, just as we do as individuals.
