Peg:  I suffer from anxiety and depression.  I enjoy music, writing, nature, four-wheeling, my family, my friends, PAC and Facebook.  I have a wonderful full life that I love.

Shell:  I have had bouts of agoraphobia, depression and panic attacks. I have it so much less now because of all the learning I had.  I enjoy Yankee Baseball & Barbie.

  I have panic disorder, depression and some OCD. I enjoy gardening, music, writing poetry and spending time with my baby granddaughter.

I live with generalized anxiety disorder, have been housebound and although anxiety symptoms are present daily I know I'm more than my disorders. I enjoy my garden, a good political debate, Yoga, a good book and am a dog lover.

Misti:
I have panic disorder, agoraphobia, GAD, some OCD and depression. I enjoy my farm and pets, PAC, trying new recipes, mineral collecting and Precious Moments figurines.

Jeannie:  I have panic disorder and depression. I enjoy my kids and grandkids, music and going different places.

Natalie: I have GAD. I enjoy reading, writing, music, being with family and friends, learning as much as I can about everything, and working out.

Joanne:  I've had anxiety since I was a child and have had 3 bouts of Agoraphobia.
I love to read , computer, shelling and just being with people. I love going to Florida. We travel over 1600 miles each way, with no anxiety! And if I can do it, any one can!

Leesa:  I suffered with anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia and PTSD. Although I have a name for my symptoms, they don't own me. I am stronger than any disorder and have succeeded in living my life on my terms!

One of our original founding members, Ines is well known for her strength yet elegant grace, truly an angel on earth. She was always there for anyone that needed... to listen, to help, a positive outlook and a supportive hand to hold. Ines was a dear friend, inspiration and mentor to many. Although always in our hearts and deeply missed, we know our beloved PAC guardian angel continues to watch over all of us.
